Incredibly beautiful and terrific accommodation with magnificent setting really close to roof top restaurant as well as shopping malls and attractions. Well-appointed room & fine bathroom. Centrally positioned in the business area of Santiago. Plus, walking distance to Andesgear. Lots of food in the hotel, rooftop restaurant;)))

Excellent location and very friendly cleaning staff
acoustic isolation of my room was very bad, we touched a room with a door that connected with the room next door and you could hear everything they talked about next door, laughter and phone conversations, fortunately they were not uncomfortable noises but the wawa was awake at every moment because of these noises. maybe the other rooms do not have this problem. reception staff found them unprofessional, they laughed among themselves while you wait and they do not attend in a good way, without parsimonious. What bothered me the most was the breakfast, place is beautiful and staff takes care of it very well, food is very low quality, everything is old, I mean fruit and sweets, bread is not of very good quality, on the third day I preferred to have breakfast in another place.

Whenever we go to Chile we choose this hotel, because of its excellent location, comfort, quality, and efficiency of the staff. This time we were assigned room 1503, spectacular. Super silent, spacious, in short, very nice. Our plane left in the afternoon and they allowed us to stay almost 3 hours more.
Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired: little variety, always the same and, moreover, scarce. The croissants and croissants are only given to you if you ask for them! That is, when you ask for them, they bring you a small dish with one or two of them, the exact amount you asked for. When there was juice, there were no glasses; when they brought the juice, the glasses were gone! There were no plates or bowls to serve you either. In short, you must radically improve your breakfast, because it does not match the quality of the hotel and because it takes a lot

Ideal and pretty place, I liked amiable personnel.
The hotel was fairly clean centrally located in very nice quiet area very close to Santiago on a regular basis and all the good restaurants. Its location next door to Andesgear was great and perfect. I ate at the rooftop restaurant near the property.

breakfast is very good and room is very good too.
Very bad maid service, the first situation was to have arrived at my room and after 30 minutes a maid enters my room without touching, using her card and seeing that I am inside, she apologizes and leaves. I don't understand how they don't knock before entering. The second situation is the day of my check out, at 8:20 am they knock on my door to ask if I have had consumption. I answer that as it is possible that they knock on my door at that hour, I can still be resting or taking a shower, that is to say, zero criteria in the schedules. And the last one, they were apparently cleaning the neighboring room and were knocking continuously on the walls of my room until I knocked three times on my wall and there was silence at last. Really bad my experience with the room staff. The floor I stayed on was the 12th, I hope you will make a call to the staff in charge there.

Breakfast... apart from the fact that the contents were quite regular, all the tables were dirty and unoccupied and nobody cleaned them... they were left there just as they were. Everything worked slowly, you ordered something and it didn't arrive, it was a mess. On the other hand, soundproofing is not the best in the rooms. I heard my neighbour having candid sex with my neighbour to the point of not letting us sleep because of the banging on the wall and noises. At first it was funny, then it wasn't... We called the front desk and lady just couldn't deal with it. She didn't help us at all. Finally, we went to the game room to play pool, (the main reason I chose this hotel), it took a world to ask for the pool balls, drink and most expensive cheese board in the world. (it was half a board of the pre-armed Quillayes brand). You would call someone and have to wait until they arrived at the salon to tell you that you had to call another number to order the pair of beers, then the beer guy would give you the number of the bar to place the order........ we played 2 tables before we could see a beer and a cheese.. ajajaj and that we are maaaaloooos bad for pool! we realized that there was no chalk... we agreed that simply not all the chalk in the world was worth the wear and tear haha.

facilities in general are very good except that in the bathroom we found women's underwear in unpleasant conditions. second to mid-morning when we returned to the room we could not enter because of problems with the card we warned a maid who informed via radio for the solution and answer was that we should go down being that the problem was of the hotel... entry to the room was in a hurry and did not show minimum courtesy was to send a staff member to solve the problem on the 10th floor where we were staying as to everything else good.
In the bathroom we found women's underwear in unpleasant conditions, shows that the cleanliness of the place was not optimal, was reported at reception. Second, at mid-morning, we returned to the room we could not enter because of problems with the card, we notified a maid who reported via radio for the solution and response was that we should go down, since the problem was the hotel.. entrance to the room was in a hurry and it was not shown minimum courtesy was to send an official to solve the problem to the 10th floor where we were lodged as for everything else good.

Great rooms, location, food and an amazing heated swimming poll.
Definetely not a 5-star service. Internet in the room is not free.
